ACT 7
JUGGLER: And the moment has come ladies and gentlemen, with so many women in the camp, only Friar Tuck and Robin Hood had no woman, and the truth, Robin Hood was no young man any more. … So this is the moment for Robin and Marian to meet. They met by accident but it was love at first sight for sure!
Curtains open. We are in Sherwood Forest. Little John, Much the Miller´s son and Robin Hood are together. Will Scarlet appears in a hurry.
WILL SCARLET: Robin, there´s going to be a big Nottingham shooting contest. The Sheriff of Nottingham has organized it.
ROBIN HOOD: Well, that´s a good opportunity to get the prize. What is it?
WILL SCARLET: The prize is an arrow of pure gold for the best archer in all England.
LITTLE JOHN: It´s a trick! The sheriff wants to arrest you. Don´t go!
ROBIN HOOD: I tricked the sheriff before and I´ll trick him again.
MUCH THE MILLER´S SON: But how?
ROBIN HOOD: Don´t worry. We´ll go to Nottingham and three of us will shoot. We will disguise and I will dress so that the Sheriff won´t recognise me! Let´s go, we have to prepare everything.
They leave. Curtains close.
